The boulevard is a pedestrian zone, about 2 km long. The trees are almost 100 years old and their large crowns form a green tunnel from the center of Varshets near  Zanozhene district. Since the beginning of the last century this is a traditional place for a walk. On the boulevard are some of the most beautiful villas in the town, wich are built in the early twentieth century.There is a bicycle lane built.
