A beautiful area in the valley of the Banshtitsa River, covered with beech forests and vast meadows. "Bialata voda" area is located at 774 m above sea level at the foot of the Koznitsa ridge. It is 7 km away from Varshets. The old beech forests are the habitat of interesting animals. It can be reached by car, bicycle or on foot. From "Bialata voda"  you can make a transition to the Waterfall over Zanozhene or Minkovi Bani near the village of Spanchevtsi. There is a hut built in this area, which is not working at the moment.
